Original lithograph card with a color illustration on front of two white roses bordered by a few of their leaves. No date, circa 1890s-1910s. 3 1/2" x 5 1/2." Card is very clean and intact except for slight age toning, a few specks of surface chipping on front, and slight wear to edges and corners. A Near Fine copy. This card bears some resemblance to trade cards, which are antique business cards and the predecessors of modern trading cards. Trade cards were most common during the late nineteenth century..
